Return Policy:

If you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

If you want to return an item, please send an email to help@sundaycitizen.co. We will send you a free shipping label that you can use to send back the return items. You can use the original box in which it came or a different one, just make sure you cover any old shipping labels.

Once we get confirmation that you sent back the return items, we will process a refund to the same card that you used for payment.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
